Professional Summary
I am an admitted Ph.D. student in Public Policy with a background that bridges biotechnology, bioinformatics, public health, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and workforce development. Throughout my career, I have combined scientific research, education, and technology to improve organizational performance, strengthen training programs, and support evidence-based decision-making.
My experience includes corporate training, biotech research, program evaluation, regulatory compliance, data management, and software development. I enjoy using programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, along with generative AI, to analyze data, automate workflows, build web applications, and develop practical solutions to real-world challenges.
My research interests include public policy, health policy, maternal health, AI governance, program evaluation, and the use of emerging technologies to improve public services and health outcomes. I am particularly interested in translating research into policies and tools that help organizations and communities make informed, data-driven decisions.
In addition to my research interests, I develop educational resources and web applications that make science, technology, and data analytics more accessible. Through BioInfoBMH, I share projects, programming tutorials, and information at the intersection of bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, public health, and public policy.
I welcome opportunities to collaborate on research, policy initiatives, data analytics, educational technology, and software development that create meaningful impact.
